This unit did not really work correctly from the start.
The more I attempted to use the unit the worse it read.
In a very short period of time I could not trust the readings,
even when matching the reading with a known temperature.
I would take a temperature - than take the temperature of the
same item within seconds, but get a different temperature reading.
I purchased this item from Max Tool.
